1-2-1 Dedicated Coaching
Dedicated Coaching ✅
You'll get access to me and my private studio! We'll work together on your exercise techniques and introduce you to new and varied exercises. This will get you confident, fit and stronger than you've ever been!
Structured Workouts ✅
Having a 1-2-1 session is just the start, in addition you'll have workouts planned for your week to ensure you keep progressing.
Mobile Application ✅
All your workouts will be setup in the mobile app for you to follow. Each exercise has a video demonstration and you'll be able to record what you did for each workout.
Accountability ✅
Having someone that can keep you on track, motivate you and push you to new heights is the key to your success. Let's do it together!
Progress Tracking ✅
We will review your training, weight and nutritional progress on a week by week basis using the mobile app data and weekly session performance. We'll make changes to your plan as we review your progress.
Support ✅
At Fitnessjh we are here to support you on your journey, you'll have access to me personally and our wonderful FJH community. When you need help just reach out and we'll be there to answer your questions and provide reassurance.
