As a certified personal trainer I specialise in helping women get that feel good factor back, with a proven track record. I'm a mum of two boys and I know that confidence can hit rock bottom both physically and mentally as women go through various changes in their lives. I'm here to teach and guide you in making changes to your lifestyle that will see your confidence soar and show you how to be proud of who you are.

The Online  Package

The Online Package gives you a tailored plan to help you achieve your goals, the plan is easy to follow and delivered through the mobile app with workout demonstrations. At the end of each week we'll review your progress using the data you have recorded in the app and make any necessary amendments to your workouts and nutrition. Workouts will be designed around your environment, whether that be home workouts, in the gym or a mixture of both.

Got a QUESTION?

  • Is the program available worldwide?
    Yes! The program can be accessed from any country, however the program is only offered in English and members will have to work on the GMT time zone.
  • Is the program available to men and women?
    As I specialise in training women, the program is not offered to men. This allows me to focus on the needs of women for which I have a better understanding of.
  • Is the program good for beginners?
    Absolutely. No matter what level you are I will ensure that we take into consideration your personal goals and tailor a program for you.
  • Can I do the program at home or in the gym?
    The workouts can be tailored for home workouts* and for the gym, or a mixture of both. *A small set of home workout equipment will be required such as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands etc.
  • What will be expected of me during the program?
    The main thing is that you follow the program and nutrition plans. Of course this requires a little bit of focus and dedication, but the program will get you the results you desire if you stick with it.
  • How will I receive my workouts and nutrition plans?
    The workout program and meal plans will be available through my mobile app. This means you'll be able to see what exercises you have each day and you'll be able to record your progress against the workouts. We'll then be able to measure your progress and amend the workouts as necessary. Your calorie target will also be set in the app and you'll be able to select from a choice of meals that you like, the meals can easily be swapped, by you, at any time. The app will track your daily nutrition and calories, it will also provide you with a shopping list to make things super easy!
  • When does the program start?
    Once you have signed up and made the payment you'll be asked to complete a short set of questions, this will provide me with the information I need to start planning your workouts and nutrition. Once you have submitted the form, we'll get the program to you within 3 days.
  • Is the program personalised for me?
    For you to see the results you want I need to plan the program around what you are capable of, where you can perform the workouts and your nutritional requirements, this means the program is absolutely tailored to you.
  • Do you offer different types of nutrition plans?
    The plan can incorporate nutrition for the following diets: General (Proteins, carbs, fats) Vegetarian Vegan Pescatarian Paleo
  • How do I contact FJH during the program?
    We will add you to the Fitnessjh WhatsApp number. This means you'll have direct access to me to ask questions or raise any concerns. I will try to respond within a few hours.
  • How is my progress measured?
    Each week you'll need to perform a check-in on the app. The check-in will ask for your weight and for you to provide photos (front, side and back) it is SUPER important that you check-in and provide the photos. The photos provide a visual way of me checking your progress, if you do not provide them it is extremely difficult to measure how you are performing. I will look at your progress using the data you have recorded in the app and I'll then amend your program accordingly.
  • How do I cancel my plan?
    Please send a cancellation email to justyna@fitnessjh.com and the plan will be cancelled within 7 days.
  • What is the refund policy?
    No refunds are provided.
  • What makes this a premium plan?
    You get my personal time and attention. 1-2-1 sessions will be held in my private studio where we can work on exercises and techniques together. Many women prefer to be away from the congested gyms and build up the confidence before entering the gym, this is a great way to do it. I'll also be able to answer your questions and help you overcome any hurdles.
  • Is the program available to men and women?
    As I specialise in training women, the program is not offered to men. This allows me to focus on the needs of women for which I have a better understanding of.
  • Is this just a 1-2-1 session or are there more benefits?
    It's more than just a 1-2-1 session. I'll plan all your workouts for the week whether that be at home or in a gym, this will ensure you keep progressing and hit those goals, a once a week session just isn't enough. We'll also plan your nutrition as both exercise and nutrition work hand-in-hand.
  • How many times a week can I train with Justyna?
    As many as you like!
  • What is the price of the premium service?
    The main factor is how many times a week you want to have 1-2-1 sessions. The best approach is for us to discuss your requirements and the service, then you can make a decision on what works for you.
  • How long are the train 1-2-1 sessions with Justyna?
    The physical 1-2-1 sessions are 1 hour per session.
  • Is the program subscription based?
    The 1-2-1 program requires a monthly subscription.
  • Where are the 1-2-1 sessions held?
    My studio is based in Gravesend, Kent, UK. Please ensure you are able to travel to this area. If not, the Online Program is for you.
